Venues

We take our name from the Worlds End Lane, the road that links our two venues; St Mary’s Church in Green Street Green and St Martin-of-Tours in Chelsfield.

St Martin-of-Tours, Chelsfield, BR6 7SN

Venue for Save the Spire, 7pm, Saturday 15th June.

Absolutely the best space in the world for a concert, is the beautiful Norman church, St Martin of Tours. Situated on Church Road, just off the Orpington bypass, the church has plenty of parking. There is disabled access and toilets are available. Please note – despite a lovely new boiler, the church can still be chilly! Bring a jumper just in case. The church have kindly offered to put on nibbles and drinks after the concert and you can find out more about the Spire Appeal.

St Mary’s Church, Worlds End Lane, Green Street Green, BR6 6AG

Venue for childrens’ concerts and large ensembles.

Our venue for childrens’ concerts and other events. There is parking available at the church, also on the streets around. The church is near the R1 bus route, with the nearest stop from Chelsfield and Orpington being Vine Road. Please don’t get confused with Green Street Green Baptist church, which is at the bottom of the hill – St Mary’s can be found halfway up the hill, on a bend, where Worlds End Lane meets Dowlerville Road.
